Centre for Supporting Education and Training for People with Disabilities (CDETPD has been involved in the sign language movement in Vietnam, established sign language training courses and developed training materials. They have also worked with teachers of the deaf to develop training curiculam and training programmes. The establishment of deaf clubs has also been an important part of their work with clubs established in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Thai Nguyen.)
